Together, these make up this complete and balanced home yoga practice programme.
There’s no need to look at a screen or a book. Just select your yoga audio session on your CD or MP3 player and start your practice. The crystal clear instructions are a pleasure to follow.
The sessions are gentle and accessible and provide a good all – round stretch and workout. Suggestions for adaptations are given, so less fit and flexible people can practise safely.
The programme comes with a clear, concise manual with photo illustrations of the sessions in double-page spreads so you can choose your yoga audio session/s at a glance.
The manual comes in an A5 ring binder which allows you to have the double page spread open by your side when you first start to practise. The folder has room for you to add supplementary sessions,see below. You can also add background information, obtainable free of charge on request. Fitting Yoga Into Your Busy Day
Most busy people say that 15 -20 minutes a day is the maximum time they can find to practise at home. So each 15 – 20 minute session is designed to provide you with a balanced practice. The nine sessions together provide a complete cycle of practice. If you want to practice for more than 15 - 20 minutes the sessions can be joined together to make longer ones. If you add Vinyassa Flows and Restorative Postures to the core programme you’ll have lots of variety.
